Aluminium Extrusions Below are illustrated some of the extrusions that are used to clip, support and interlock Aluminium/Stainless Steel panels. Almost all the Aluminium extrusions used in the manufacture of the products are available separately by the metre or by the length. |
Clip extrusions are fitted
to the rear of the panel using a self piercing rivet system, leaving signfaces flat and
free of protruding rivet heads. This type of extrusion is used for mounting sign blanks to
poles.

T Section extrusions are
used to support 3mm thick panels, panels simply slot between the gap. This extrusion is
used with the End Mounted sign system but can also be used
to support panels between two poles.

Interlocking
Clip extrusions are used to interlock panels, this creates a much larger sign. Because the
extrusion interlocks it allows the panels to be joined parallel.
