The company is headed by Andrew J S Gillam, Development Director who is a member of both the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and the Chartered Institute of Building.

Educated in Cheadle Hulme, Stockport and in Sheffield he has spent time in the employment of both the public sector when he was employed by the Home Office in London and the private sector in a large multi-national hotel company and a small private limited property development company.

Andrew has been engaged in property development since 1987.
