Geographical Service Area Q. Do you supply your products anywhere in the UK? A. Yes, we can despatch products to anywhere in the UK - shipping costs vary depending on location. Corporate Design and Promotion Q. Can you design us a new company logo? A. Yes we can. And we can ensure that it is done in such a way as to facilitate its reproduction in a variety of forms for signage, display and promotional products and not just for print - as tends to be the case with others who design your artwork. Office/Factory Relocation Q. We are relocating to new premises shortly and need someone who can handle all our requirements for new stationery, signage, etc. etc. - Can you help? A. Yes, we would consider ourselves your ideal partner for such requirements since we offer you a time-saving single point of contact for all such needs, and we can relieve you of some of the extra burden and costs involved, allowing you to continue with the more important work of dealing with your customers. New Business Ventures Q. We are starting up a new business and need someone to design a logo, provide new signage, stationery, plastic bags, price tickets with our logo on them, internal display items, and numerous other items to provide a coherent appearance to the range of products we are going to supply. Can you help us with all of this or do we have to spend hours explaining our requirements to each individual supplier? Also, we're concerned that if we use individual suppliers for each requirement there may be a mismatch of corporate logo, style and colours if they don't get it spot on. A. Firstly, you're right to be concerned. Suppliers often have to 're-create' your artwork in order to allow them to merchandise your products, and this process rarely achieves the optimum result. We understand the manufacturing processes and limitations across a range of different industries and thus can ensure that the artwork is produced correctly and the optimum result is achieved. Secondly, using eye2eye will save you valuable time, money and disappointment, since we can ensure that there is no mismatch between the range of products, and that a coherent result is achieved. The difference between eye2eye and Advertising Agencies Q. What's the difference between eye2eye and a typical Advertising Agency? A. Well, firstly, advertising agencies normally charge a retainer which covers the general servicing of the customer, including the support and advice required. We don't, we just charge according to each individual product or service provided. Secondly, although like us advertising agencies can do a valuable job of coordinating your company's image for you, most tend to deal primarily with print work, whereas we focus more on the range of sign, display and promotional products required both on site and at exhibitions and conferences. Thirdly, our breadth and depth of knowledge across the sign, display and promotional products industries enables us to solve design problems and offer the most suitable and cost effective solutions using the using the most up to date materials and manufacturing processes available. Q. Do you offer a service to Advertising Agencies? A. Yes indeed - we value our relationships with Advertising Agencies most highly, they're some of our best customers, and we tend to find that they use us as a valuable resource which can offer practical solutions to their creative designs. Supply Only Service Q. Do you provide your products on a supply only basis? A. Yes we can - this allows you to use local people with whom you are familiar for any installation/fitting which may be required. Q. Do you provide fitting instructions for supply only sign and display products? A. Yes, where applicable we provide fitting instructions and templates to facilitate fitting by our customers or a third party. Fitting / Installation Service Q. Do you provide an installation service anywhere in the UK? A. Yes - our fitters install signs and exhibition systems anywhere in the UK, but travel time and costs are taken into account, which is why we offer 'supply only' for small orders where these factors would be proportionately high. For larger value orders (large signs for example) the time and costs are less significant, and we prefer to handle the installation ourselves so that we can ensure the correct fitting and operation of our products. Display / Exhibition Hire Service Q. Do you hire out any of your products? A. We have a range of display / exhibition systems and associated products including lighting and shelving, which is available for hire. The systems available range from small portable display systems to full shell scheme systems which can be hired for an entire conference area or exhibition hall. |
