Prestbury Travel Group

Prestbury Village in Cheshire is renowned for its character and also for the highest density of millionaires in the country. The heart of the village is designated as a conservation area and the local businesses and population proudly maintain its traditional and elegant appearance.

In keeping with this aim we proposed that the existing canopy be replaced with a Large Radiused Bow Front and Square Backed Canopy design in the company's corporate burgundy and cream colour combination. Coupled with the addition of a traditional hanging sign the new signage has enhanced the appearance of the shopfront and added to the charm of the village.

Since its completion Prestbury Travel Group have had several positive comments from the local population, and the General Manager Carol Novelli has commented...

Details

The Large Radiused Bow Front Square Backed Canopy is made from wet look PVC onto a lightweight aluminium frame. The lettering and logos on the canopy have been produced from Computer Cut Vinyl. As with all of the signage for the Prestbury Travel Group, the highest quality 7-10 year grade cast vinyls have been used to ensure that the signs maintain their quality of appearance and colour for years to come.

The Hanging Sign has a treated and painted wooden frame with an integral plastic panel. The design onto the panel has been produced from Computer Cut Vinyl. The bracket is a unique design which has been custom forged from wrought iron, treated, undercoated, and painted black. The burgundy paint for the shopfront has been mixed to match the colour of the canopy and the vinyl which is used within the signs.

The combination of materials used offers the advantages of durable, weather resistant modern materials whilst maintaining a traditional appearance in keeping with the location.
